Frequently Asked Questions

We know flying trapeze can feel exciting, mysterious, and slightly ridiculous before your first class. Here are answers to some of the questions people usually ask before taking flight.

Nothing! We are a fully indoor facility, with heating and air conditioning, so classes run year-round regardless of the weather. We never cancel due to rain, wind, or cold.

Flying is an extreme sport. While no aerial activity is completely without risk, we make safety our top priority. You will wear a safety harness at all times, connected to ropes controlled by a certified instructor, over a high-specification safety net.
Because you are defying gravity, minor friction grazes, scratches, and muscle strains are common. To ensure everyone flies responsibly, all participants must sign a safety waiver before taking their first leap.

Clothing: Snug athletic wear like leggings and a tight-fitting T-shirt.

Footwear: Clean socks or bare feet only. Long hair must be tied back.

The "catch" is the essence of flying trapeze. You will swing off the high platform, execute your practiced trick, let go of your trapeze bar entirely, and be caught mid-air by a professional instructor (the "catcher") swinging on a separate bar opposite you.

Classes run for 2 hours unless otherwise indicated.

You will be given a safety briefing and full instructions on the ground, followed by swinging on a trapeze bar 10 meters off the ground over our safety net and introduction to the basics of flying trapeze

Classes specified will also include catching from one bar to another, with one of our qualified staff.

We cap our classes at 10 students.
